A premier performance-based online marketing company specializing in Data & List Management, Email, Display and Affiliate Marketing. Client’s Business approach is designed to effectively maximize relationships between advertisers, producers, and highly responsive consumers. Their proprietary technology coupled with end-to-end campaign management enables to consistently drive a high rate of return to the partners.
Client was facing challenges in evaluating successes of email campaigns. As marketing teams become leaner and more business outcome focused, there’s been a push for email marketers to evaluate the success of their email campaigns. Sophisticated marketers are looking beyond traditional vanity metrics and are digging into engagement trends that look at the health of their email lists, performance of their campaigns, and segments allowing them to gain valuable insights that shape their evolving email marketing strategies. But data and analytics can be overwhelming, especially if one doesn’t know where to get the data and what to do with the results. The project aimed at providing a high-level view of email metrics. Email performance encompasses most of the traditional metrics and reports that one can think of tracking to benchmark the KPIs from one campaign to the next (e.g., open rate, click-through rate, bounces, and unsubscribes), giving an indication of how well emails are performing and what opportunities there are for improvement.
Satwic provided detailed project approach, design, and implementation of BI solution, performing all the work activities in business analysis, architecture design, technical implementation, integration, and hyper care. The objective of this project is to integrate the email marketing revenue data stored in MySQL into Redshift using Pentaho ETL Tool for Tableau reporting. Scope covered taking structured and unstructured data and providing required analytical reports and dashboards. Satwic team incorporated modern datamanagement principles and practices in ensuring data consistency and accuracy.

A LA County attorney office in charge of the office that prosecutes felony and misdemeanour crimes that occur within Los Angeles County, United States. Some misdemeanour crimes are prosecuted by local city attorneys. City attorneys prosecute misdemeanours and infractions that are violations of the municipal code governing incorporated cities, such as Los Angeles and Long Beach, within the county. All other felony and misdemeanours within Los Angeles County are prosecuted by the district attorney’s office.
When a criminal trial is necessary, exhibits are submitted to the court and retained throughout the criminal trial and for a period thereafter. A statute allows the Court to destroy exhibits after appeals are final. When the Court intends to destroy exhibits, the Court sends the District Attorney’s Office a Notice of Intent to Destroy Exhibits (NOI). The office has 20 days to review the case, determine if the exhibits should be retained, and respond to the Court. If the Court does not receive a request from the office to retain the exhibits, the exhibits are destroyed. Many steps within the notification process are manual and repetitive, with considerable duplication of effort and susceptibility to human error. By implementing RPA, office will automate manual work and repetitive tasks, improve efficiency, compliance, and service quality, increase accuracy, and decrease organizational risk.
Satwic conducted detailed analysis of this project, covering distinct types of templates and processes that are part of workflows. This enabled team to initially assess required approaches in ensuring maximum efficiency and accuracy in document scanning and required automations to be done. As part of implementation practices, Satwic team ensured required optimal performance and interfaces with multiple other applications in ensuring minimal manual intervention, as required for ensuring project success.

An American multinational mass media and entertainment conglomerate headquartered in Burbank, California. Satwic’s client is a leading retail and entertainment conglomerate in US with diversified products and services. The company established itself as one of leaders in American animation industry before diversifying into live-action film production, television, and theme parks.
Client’s business functions such as Finance, Accounting, LOBs, Contract Administration, Publishing, Retail Analytics, and other groups rely heavily on data contained in their individual systems to determine profitability, market penetration, perform reconciliation, contract administration, streamline workflows / approvals and complete critical financial close processes. Master data maintained by these various business functions are shared with each other applications. Differences between these systems lead to differences in level of detail maintained hierarchies and various master data filters maintained by each application. Arriving at one version of the truth is highly manual and reconciling is made more difficult because of inconsistencies of processes across groups and compounded by no common terminology across systems. The customer requested for a solution which would support shared common data across all the business functions.
Satwic’s proposed architecture addressed key requirements and goals through strong user advocacy and representation on the project team. Satwic’s approach was to build a centralized, integrated data warehouse The automated ETL tool was designed to manage data validation, data consistency and performance. The user toolset is a key design element in the data warehousing technology stack. As the user toolset choice was MicroStrategy (MSTR), after performing analysis and evaluations, it was found that MicroStrategy provided the best solution for needs. The web-based zero footprint user interface scored high during product demonstrations. The functional fit also scored high with standardized reporting, report delivery and ad-hoc capabilities. The training strategy encompasses ‘Train the Trainer’ approach. The IT team built the training materials and trained the Retail Analytics Team who will eventually have complete ownership of training all other system users. As the data repository held the information of the entire company, enforcing a security regime that allowed limited access to all users dependent on their role and requirements was required. Users now have base profiles which will limit data access to the type of reports they will be allowed to subscribe to.

One of the country’s Public Ivies and is frequently ranked among the best universities in the world by major college and university rankings. University offers undergraduate and graduate degree programs in a wide range of disciplines, enrolling about 30,000 undergraduate and 14,000 graduate and professional students.University had about 168,000 undergraduate applicants for Fall 2021,making school one of most applied-to university in the United States.
Client’s data is distributed in both digital and analog formats across campus units, creating challenges to access and potential for errors related to academic review. To address this, a project was funded to become the information system of record for academic appointees. It evolves the efficiency, transparency, and accuracy of the academic review process by replacing current paper files with a secure electronic profile, a convenient and automated review process, and robust messaging and reporting features. All academic offices are currently required to use this system to track their appointees’ eligibility and open cases. During this initial transition, dossiers will be uploaded as PDF packed and sent along an automated workflow. In the future, these PDFs will be replaced by integrations with campus and other data sources to provide the data directly to the necessary forms.
Satwic solution followed a Modular programming concept which is well suited to facilitate the “breaking down” of projects into several smaller projects. By using this technique, the modules (example: academic review, pre onboarding) with other common components could be executed to get the desired functionality from that module alone which could be delivered to other campuses or universities. Each module consists of 1. Controller 2. Business Objects Layer 3. Business Rules and Rules Engine a. Business Rules are encoded within the application and are separated from the presentation and database layers. Some business rules are based on event-based and are triggered from different screens and are reflected in other areas of the application. 4. Data Access Layer 5. Resource Layer.
